Introduction
This course evaluates what constitutes evidence for policymaking purposes, and how robust research evidence can be used to improve policy-making. We appraise different types, notions and sources of evidence to determine their value and contribution to policy-making.
This course aims to teach candidates the fundamentals in policy-making and developing. The course involves studying the various terms and definitions in regards to developing policies. It also features case studies that look at both current and past policies, influential figures involved in policy development and other key factors as well.
