Introduction 

Successful good governance and business sustainability depend on robust governance frameworks. It requires having people around the boardroom table who know how to question decisions.

Participants in this training will also learn the rules, practices, and processes by which a company is directed and controlled. The sessions will include how participants can balance the interests of a company’s many stakeholders, such as shareholders, management, customers, suppliers, financiers, government, and the community.

Attendees will understand that business sustainability also involves the ability of a company to operate in a manner that is sustainable in the long term.

• Ensuring sustainability: governance, risk, and reporting: Mitigating Risks and Maximizing (Environmental Social Responsibility (ESG) Opportunities, ways a corporation’s control can embed sustainability.
