Introduction

Project management and business analysis are, in fact, two disciplines that are becoming

more and more strategic for many companies. Project management focuses on creating the

“Product, service, or result” of the project to meet its objectives. The business analysis aims at understanding the needs of the business stakeholders and defining the solutions’

characteristics to meet those needs.

• Communication Plan, Quality Plan, and Go Live Plan
